Hey Y’all! Today I’m talking about my favorite Whole30 Instant Pot Recipes. I cannot tell you enough positive things about my Instant Pot! I make everything from soup and ribs to potatoes and pudding in my instant pot. When I first found the Instant Pot, there weren’t a lot of recipes out there to draw inspiration from. But then, Michelle Tam from Nom Nom Paleo revolutionized modern day Paleo cooking with her obsession with the Instant Pot. Bloggers took note and within one year I could find almost single recipe I’ve ever loved in Instant Pot fashion.
My absolute favorite things to make in the Instant Pot remain large quantities of meat. You make make divine, fall-off-the-bone ribs or whole chickens in less than ONE hour with this baby. It takes 8 hours (or more) or a slow cooker to do that. As if the thought of a Slow Cooker malfunction weren’t already on the forefront of my mind, This Is Us has ensured my 100% conversion to an Instant Pot. What once took 10 hours now takes 1 and I am A-Okay with that. Okay, on to the Good stuff — the food!
