Did you guys grow up on Christmas Morning Sausage Balls? I didn’t discover these until I was an adult but I make them so often I think it’s a real possibility that they are my children’s absolute favorite meal, like, ever. Every time I make these they are GONE in minutes so I have started making a double batch, like the recipe listed below.

Ingredients
  1. 1 LB Breakfast Sausage
  2. 1 LB Spicy Breakfast Sausage
  3. 2 Packages Cream Cheese, softened
  4. 2 Cups Bisquik
  5. 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Start by mixing all of the ingredients together either by hand or in a large stand mixer
  3. Once everything is fully incorporated, roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray
  4. Cook for 25 minutes or until evenly browned
